Good morning Mr Daly.
I am an employee at New England Pediatrics and I just wanted to take the time to tell you I had the pleasure of meeting your EMT's Mary and Bryan. We went on what is normally a difficult appointment this morning. Not only did it go exceptionally well, they were extremely professional but also made it fun at the same time. I just wanted to take the time to tell you that you have some great employees that provide amazing patient care that really value and love their job.
Sincerely,
Kristina

Dear Tony:
I am writing to thank your EMT staff for an amazing job they did helping us out in an urgent situation. One day the elevator broke down in an apt complex and we needed a disabled pt carried down a flight of stairs via stretch. SHe needed to get out for dialysis and the elevator in her building was broken. Two of your staff EMT's Mary and Amanda offered to help. They were able to get permission from your dispatch to help us out in our emergency situation. I want to personally thank Mary, Amanda and all the staff at Pride Star that helped in assisting our patient that day. Your promptness in helping out and great team work make you an amazing group of health care professionals, who are truely there to serve the needs of the community. Please share this thank you with all your staff.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Diane Therriault

“Every day I open my email and I am at a loss for words. I feel so lucky to be hired by such a great company. I know it has only been three months since I was hired but so far we have received free lunch, an email asking if we would like a turkey for Thanksgiving and to top it off, today I look at my paycheck and there is birthday bonus of $100.00. My family and I thank Pridestar for their kindness. These types of things make me take so much pride in my work for Pridestar. Once again thank you very much.”

Pridestar EMS Employee Dave G.

“Just want to thank you for helping with my mothers transportation last week! Your EMT's were absolutely fantastic and made my mom feel so at ease! You should be very proud of the way they present themselves. A difficult day was made a little less stressful because of Pridestar.”

Steve K.

"Pridestar has assisted the Dracut House of Pizza-Manolis Family Foundation Project Helping Hands for the past few years. Project Helping Hands provides Thanksgiving meals to over 1500 less fortunate families in the Greater Lowell area.

Pridestars generous donation of their vehicles to transport the deliveries as well as their employees to assist us during the day has helped us significantly. Without their involvement delivering the meals would be more difficult to achieve. For their efforts we selected Pridestar as the 2010 Corporate Sponsor of the Year. It is partnerships like these that benefit the overall community.

"After three years of being transported to and from many doctor's appointments, hospital emergencies, and three times weekly to kidney dialysis, my husband Fred Boudries passed away on May 9, 2009. I can't say enough about how the EMT's and the wheel chair van drivers at PrideSTAR EMS became like family to us.

Each and everyone of them are the most courteous and compassionate men and women whom I entrusted the care of my husband too. I have the highest respect for Dave Daly and Matt Libby and will always keep them in my prayers for the care they gave my husband and the peace of mind they gave me."

"PrideStar has provided our clients with the highest caliber of transportation to and from our Adult Day Health Center and in emergency situations to the hospital. Their drivers are not only reliable and courteous, but they are also very caring towards our clients (many of whom suffer from dementia) they are always aware of their safety.

I would recommend PrideStar for any medical or emergency transportation needs."

"I am writing to highly recommend the ambulance and chair van services of Pride Star Ambulance of Lowell, Massachusetts. As a dialysis social worker I make frequent referrals to ambulance companies for transportation of my dialysis patients. I have found them to be extremely professional in every aspect of my interactions with them, from the intake process to the actual delivery of services. Their first and foremost concern is the patient's needs. It has been my experience that the drivers always arrive promptly for the patient and always treat them with respect and dignity. With their services on board at our dialysis unit we can truly work in collaboration as a team to effectively meet the patient's needs."

Diane Therriault MSW, LICSW Renal Social Worker

"It is our pleasure to have worked collaboratively and effectively with PrideStar for the past couple of years.

PrideStar has conducted several programs for our staff, which have all been wonderful and well received. We have found all PrideStar staff to be courteous, responsive and professional. They have also exceeded our expectations as a reliable, safe and responsive means of transportation for our residents. In fact, they have often gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I would recommend PrideStar EMS without qualification as an excellent choice for rendering its services to your organizations."

Michael Slauter, LSW - Director, Marguerite's House Assisted Living

Our loved one was needing transportation from the hospital to a local nursing home. We were both nervous because we knew how upset my grandmother is that she has to go into the nursing home for a few days. Well in walk Juan and Liz. These two EMTs from PrideStar approach us with friendly faces and open arms. They instantly put a huge smile on my grandmothers face, one we havent seen in a few days! My grandmother speaks only Portuguese and Juan spoke to her in Spanish slowly so she would understand what was going on which put her instantly at ease. You must be doing some thing right because both Juan and Liz very much enjoy working for Pridestar it was clear in everything they did for me and my grandmother that day!

Pridestar EMS has been providing our transportation needs for close to 4 years and I can say without reservation that they excel in every category. In addition, on many occasions, they have gone above and beyond by accommodating transportation for complex situations. The word no?is not in their vernacular and they understand that taking care of the patient is just as important as taking care of the customer. I believe Pridestar is a model EMS organization which provides exceptional service to those who they serve.
