PrideSTAR EMS helps to deliver Turkeys and all the trimmings to those who need them as part of the Dracut House of Pizza's annual Thanksgiving Helping Hands event. The folks at Dracut House of Pizza should be commended for their hard work and enormous generousity. PrideSTAR EMS will be making our participation an annual event.

PrideSTAR EMS would like to thank the Radius Northwood for their "Hero's" breakfast. This was provided to all local Police, Fire, and EMS personnel as a thank you from the Northwood. Lots of employees attended and all raved about what a great breakfast it was! Thank You!

PrideSTAR EMS participates in a inter-state MCI Drill involving dozens of agencies from Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The drill took place at the Pheasant Lane Mall. PrideSTAR fielded 1 ALS, 3 BLS, 1 Field Operations Unit, and 2 para-transit vehicles for the drill.

PrideSTAR EMS recently completed work with a local production company, shooting a major motion picture in and around Boston. Yet another specialty service the experienced and professional team at PrideSTAR EMS provides.

A large group of PrideSTAR EMS employees, families, and friends participated in the Saints Fall Festival for Life Cancer Walk. The event appeared to be a huge success, and we all had a great time. Additionally, PrideSTAR was happy to provide water stations and first aid for the 3rd consecutive year at the cancer walk.

PrideSTAR EMS welcomes David Green RN/EMT-P as our new Clinical Director. Dave has been an EMT since 1982 and a Paramedic since 1985. He has been a GLEMS Paramedic since 1986. CPR, ACLS, PALS, BTLS, EMD instructor. RN since 2004.

Due to overwhelming demand, we have repeated our annual ice cream day. PrideSTAR president, David Daly, and VP of marketing, Bryan Shanley, visited numerous area facilities with an ice cream truck, delivering ice cream to staff and patients.

PrideSTAR EMS has added another ambulance to our fleet. Ambulance 19 is a 2007 Wheeled Coach Crusader II. This state-of-the-art ambulance features an all LED lighting package, advanced heating and cooling systems, and numerous other patient and crew comfort and safety features.

PrideSTAR EMS is now sending all EMT's and Paramedics through the Advanced Driver Training course conducted by the National Safety Council. The skills our employees learn through this hands-on class will make them some of the safest and most qualified emergency vehicle operators in the state. These classes include both classroom training and advanced driving practice, including obstacle courses, skid pads, and emergency maneuvers.

PrideSTAR EMS celebrates its grand opening in Haverhill with a ribbon cutting featuring members of the Chamber of Commerce and Mayor James J. Fiorentini .

PrideSTAR has accepted delivery of its newest member of the fleet. Ambulance 17 is a 2007 Ford E350, Wheeled Coach. This unit features all LED lighting, strobe package, and numerous other crew/patient features.

PrideSTAR has converted its fleet to entirely synthetic fluids. This reduces our environmental impact by increasing fuel economy, and reducing the amount of waste oil we produce.

PrideSTAR EMS is preparing to open a satellite station! We will begin 24/7 operations in Haverhill soon. We look forward to bringing our high level of customer service and reasonable pricing to the Haverhill area. Here is a picture of our new satellite station.
